In rythmic gymnastics you have to be really flexible and use a hoop, rope, batons or ball. You can do team or individual competitions. If you look below you will see the russian rythmic team. They competed at the 2008 olympics!

I wish i could be as good as shawn or nastia but i would have to train for years and i would have to train for ages like basically everyday. It would be really cool to be as good as they are but i don't know how they manage training so much. This picture tells you to believe in your dreams and never give up.This is a picture of nastia. Did you know that nastia was trained by her dad? That must have been really cool.I think it is so awesome that she won the olympics and shawn got the beam title.They are just so cool!!!!!!

Omg today is interschool cross-country and next week is rissa. I can't wait til next week because my friend anna from rotorua intermediate is coming to run.It will be so cool! My other friend hannah from jpc might be coming aswell which will be really cool!

soccer saturday!

at soccer on saturday i made some new friends!!! i also went to see kallistas game and she gave me a marshmallow!!! her team won thei game 10-1 it was pretty awesome but kallista was back so she didnt get to score.
